Biel Perxant, the tenant farmer, lived in Pollença on the way to the harbour. His home was dirty and untidy. One evening, however, when he came back from work, he found a clean house. The next day, the same thing happened and the next day too. Intrigued, he hid in a large earthenware jar to see what was going on. He heard the noise of water and a beautiful woman came out of the well, with white skin and long hair...
